Transparency

Transparency reports, enforcement reports, and how law-enforcement and government requests are handled.

Baseline approach

Atalie is an individual effort, not a large organization subject to rigid, comprehensive reporting mandates. Even so, being solo is a reason to keep activity visible, not to hide it.

Questions and disclosure requests from users and partners are answered honestly within what is practical. When information is asked for, it is shared to the extent that makes sense—that is the transparency stance here.

What may be disclosed

Depending on scale and context, information may include:

  • Subprocessors — Services involved in handling data

  • Policy enforcement — Outcomes when terms or rules were applied

  • Law enforcement and government requests — Policy and, when relevant, outcomes

  • Other transparency reporting — Activity and data-handling summaries

How often this is updated

There is no fixed publication calendar. Updates and disclosures are made when they are needed.
