Basic expectations

• Do not interfere with availability, security, or normal operation

• Do not use public work in ways that conflict with stated licences, rights, or restrictions

Service assumptions

Public services may change, pause, or end as the work evolves. Unless another page explicitly promises otherwise, availability is provided on a best-effort basis.

Relationship to other documents

Security reporting, privacy, brand use, and similar specific topics are explained on separate pages. Those documents supplement this one rather than replacing it.
